CULSA was founded by a group of passionate Liberian students who recognized the need for a strong community network at Chandigarh University. Far from home, they sought to build a space where every Liberian student could feel supported, celebrated, and empowered.

"We are not just an association — we are family, mentors, and bridges between Liberia and the world."

Over the years, CULSA has grown into one of the most active international student associations on campus, organizing cultural events, academic workshops, sports tournaments, and community outreach programs that bring together hundreds of students.
